By accessing diamondlodge-manchester.com and utilizing our platform to curate your collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with our strict operational protocols, you must exit the Vault immediately.
Products and Pricing
We curate the world's most architecturally exquisite playing cards. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD / C$). Due to the limited-edition nature of our inventory, prices and availability are subject to immediate change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to limit the quantities of decks available for acquisition by a single collector.
Order Processing
The submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only finalized once it is accepted by our curators and payment is successfully authorized. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or inventory depletion. Upon successful checkout, you will be notified that your acquisition is confirmed and our curators are preparing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We engineer our logistics to ensure your decks arrive in pristine condition. Orders exceeding C$100 qualify for complimentary shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to gallery-grade photography, technical descriptions, logos, and site design, is the exclusive property of Diamond Lodge Curations Ltd. or our respective design partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this digital architecture is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Diamond Lodge Curations Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or the acquisition of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific collectible deck in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
