Return Window
We offer a strict 30-day return window on all eligible acquisitions. This period commences on the date your package is marked as delivered by our logistics partners. Requests initiated after this 30-day timeframe will be categorically declined by our curators.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, the playing cards must remain in flawless, gallery-grade condition. We accept returns only on unopened decks. The original cellophane wrapper and custom seal must remain perfectly intact. Any deck showing signs of tampering, handling, or environmental damage will be rejected.
How to Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the deck to prevent any transit damage, clearly affix the RMA number to the exterior, and ship it to our Toronto headquarters. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the collector unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Timeline
Upon receipt of your return, our quality control specialists will conduct a rigorous inspection of the seal and packaging. If the pristine condition is verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the C$ funds to your account.
Exchanges
Due to the highly limited nature of our inventory, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you wish to acquire a different deck, we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and executing a new transaction for the desired piece, subject to current stock availability.
